Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AMVY, including the website at https://amvy.ai, the web application, its APIs, integrations, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Diego Horacio Sosa, an individual based in the Argentine Republic, doing business as AMVY ("AMVY", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@amvy.ai.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy (https://amvy.ai/privacy), and to our Acceptable Use Policy (https://amvy.ai/acceptable-use), which is part of these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
1. The Service
AMVY is a workspace where people and AI agents work together in shared sessions. Agents can answer questions, use the files and knowledge you provide, run code in isolated environments, and act in third-party tools you connect. Actions that change data in connected systems can be configured to wait for a person's approval.
The Service is in beta. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn, and some capabilities are labelled beta inside the product. We may update the Service at any time; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
2. Accounts and organizations
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for professional and business use.
Work in AMVY happens inside organizations. The organization's owners and administrators control its plan, members, roles, integrations, policies, and data, and may access the content in it as their permissions allow.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@amvy.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access during the beta may require approval. We may decline or revoke beta access at our discretion.
3. Plans, trials, and billing
AMVY offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Start, Pro, and Teams) billed monthly in advance per user: the organization pays the plan's price for each member. Each plan has usage limits, such as messages, tool calls, members, and agents, shown in the product. Enterprise plans are agreed separately in writing.
New organizations may receive a free trial of a paid plan without entering a payment method. When the trial ends, the organization returns to the Free plan unless it buys a subscription.
Payments are processed by our payment partners. Purchases made through Creem are sold by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and is responsible for the payment, invoicing, and applicable sales taxes; Creem's own terms also apply to that purchase. Some subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings or the customer portal; you keep the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, and the organization then returns to the Free plan. Plan upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged at once.
We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price applies.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Payments are non-refundable and we do not refund unused time in a billing period, except where the law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer under Argentine law, you may revoke your purchase within ten (10) calendar days of the contract or of the start of the Service, whichever is later, without cost or giving reasons (Law 24,240, section 34). Write to support@amvy.ai with the subject "Revocation" ("Arrepentimiento") and your organization name; we will process the cancellation and the full refund through the payment partner that charged you. Other mandatory consumer rights in your country also remain unaffected.
Deleting an organization cancels its subscription immediately, without a refund.
5. Your content
"Customer Content" means everything you or your members submit to or create in the Service: messages, prompts, files, knowledge bases, memories, skills, instructions, and the outputs agents produce for you. You keep all rights to your Customer Content.
You grant AMVY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service for you, including sending it to the AI model providers and integrations used to complete your requests.
We do not use Customer Content to train AI models. Features that learn from your work, such as memories and skills proposed from completed runs, stay within your organization, are off by default, and only take effect after a person approves them.
You are responsible for your Customer Content and for having the rights and consents needed to submit it, including any personal data of third parties.
6. AI outputs
Agents use AI models that can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate results. Outputs are not professional advice. Review outputs before relying on them, and use the approval controls for actions with real-world effects.
You are responsible for the actions you approve and for the decisions you make based on outputs, including actions an agent takes in third-party systems under policies your organization configured.
Because of how AI models work, outputs may not be unique: other users may receive similar outputs, and those are not your Customer Content.
7. Integrations and third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party products, such as GitHub, Microsoft 365, Asana, or custom MCP servers, and to AI model providers, including providers you configure with your own credentials. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and they process data under their own policies. AMVY is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or how they handle the data you send them.
When you connect an integration, you authorize AMVY to access it with the permissions you grant, on your behalf and on behalf of the members your organization allows.
You are responsible for the agents, skills, tools, MCP servers, and external agents you create or connect, for their instructions and configuration, and for what they do in the Service and in other systems.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy (https://amvy.ai/acceptable-use), which details prohibited content and uses of AI agents. In particular, you will not, and will not let others:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or process personal data without a valid legal basis;
- create, request, or share sexually explicit, pornographic, or other NSFW content, including AI-generated content, or any content that sexually exploits minors;
- create or distribute malware, phishing, spam, or content that promotes violence or harasses others;
- attempt to access other organizations' data, bypass usage limits, approvals, sandboxes, or security controls, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system;
- use outputs or the Service in high-risk settings where errors could cause death, injury, or serious harm, without appropriate human oversight;
- resell or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product by copying its features or content;
- share accounts or credentials, or use automated means to create accounts;
- use the AI models in breach of the usage policies of their providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Z.ai), which also apply to your use of them through the Service.
Export controls and sanctions: you may not use the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you or your organization are on a sanctions or restricted-party list of Argentina, the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, or the United Kingdom. You may not use the Service to develop weapons or for any other use that export control laws prohibit.
We may suspend access, remove content, or limit features to stop a violation, protect users, or comply with the law, and will tell you when we reasonably can.
To report content in the Service that infringes your copyright or other rights, write to support@amvy.ai identifying the work, the content, where it is, and your contact details. We may remove it and notify the user who submitted it.
9. Our intellectual property
AMVY and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your plan while they are in effect. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You can stop using the Service at any time. Organization owners can delete an organization from its settings, and you can delete your account from your profile.
A deleted organization can be restored for 30 days; after that, its data is permanently deleted, except billing records and pseudonymized usage records we must keep by law, as described in the Privacy Policy. Backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we must do so by law. If we discontinue the Service, we will give paid customers at least 30 days' notice and a way to export their data.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AMVY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, AMVY's total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid AMVY for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.
13. Indemnity
If you use the Service for business purposes, you will defend and indemnify AMVY against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with its effective date and, for material changes, notify organization owners by email or in the product at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept them; if you do not agree, you can cancel and stop using the Service.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer has to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
Before filing a claim, please write to us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
16. General
Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, power or internet outages, or failures of infrastructure and AI providers, except for payment obligations.
Notices: you agree to receive notices, agreements, and other communications from us electronically, by email to your account address or in the product, and that they satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Send notices to us at support@amvy.ai.
The sections on content, AI outputs, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and these general provisions survive the termination of these Terms.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and AMVY about the Service, unless you sign a separate written agreement with us. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a company that we form or that acquires the Service, and will notify you if we do. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails, except where consumer law requires the Spanish version to prevail in Argentina.
