Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything you do in AMVY: your prompts and files, the content AI agents generate for you, and the actions agents take in tools you connect. It is part of our Terms of Service (https://amvy.ai/terms). Organizations are responsible for the use their members and agents make of the Service.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use AMVY to create, request, upload, store, or share, and you may not ask or configure agents to generate:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or other NSFW (not safe for work) content, whether text, images, audio, or video, including AI-generated sexual content. AMVY is a workplace product and does not allow adult content of any kind.
- Any sexual content involving minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or deepfakes and other synthetic media that depict real people without their consent.
- Content that promotes or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm, or that harasses, threatens, bullies, or demeans people based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
- Content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Malware, exploit code intended for unauthorized use, or instructions to make weapons capable of mass harm, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive weapons.
2. Prohibited uses of agents
You may not use AMVY or its agents to:
- attack, gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt any system, network, or account, including your own organization's without authorization;
- send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages through connected email, chat, or other tools;
- commit fraud, impersonate people or organizations, create fake reviews, or run deceptive or coordinated disinformation campaigns, including to influence elections;
- track, profile, or surveil people, or collect or process personal data without a valid legal basis;
- make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, or access to essential services, without meaningful human review;
- provide medical, legal, or financial advice as if it were professional advice, without review by a qualified person;
- act in third-party systems without authorization or in breach of their terms;
- bypass or disable AMVY's safeguards, including approvals, guardrails, sandboxes, rate limits, and usage limits, or try to make AI models ignore their safety rules;
- harm minors in any way, or make the Service available to people under 18.
3. Responsibilities for agents
Organizations decide what their agents can do. Configure approvals for actions that change data, send messages, or spend money; give agents only the integrations and permissions they need; and review outputs before relying on them. The usage policies of the AI model providers we use (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Z.ai) also apply.
4. Enforcement
AMVY may use automated safeguards to detect prohibited content and may review content when it is reported, when needed to keep the Service safe, or when the law requires. If we find a violation, we may remove the content, block the request or the agent's action, limit features, or suspend or terminate the account or organization. Serious violations, such as content that sexually exploits minors, are reported to the authorities.
5. Reporting
To report a violation of this policy, write to support@amvy.ai with a description of what you found and where. We review every report.
